Welcome to the web site for The Dr. W.F. and Mada Dunaway Manor Nursing Home of Guymon, Inc. ("Dunaway Manor") located at 1401 North Lelia, Guymon, Texas County, Oklahoma. We have been caring for the frail elderly for 42 years.

The current facility was designed for 19 private rooms and 24 semi-private rooms and is complimented by two dining rooms, a chapel/activity room, and a lobby/living room. Renovation will provide 16 private rooms, 20 large private rooms with private baths, 20 semi-private rooms and 1 hospice suite.

In order to further its goals of caring for the elderly, the Manor plans to renovate the nursing home, adding several additions to the nursing home including a wing for slightly upscale, private rooms and constructing the new Heritage Community, a 43 unit assisted living facility that will be linked to the existing nursing home.
